West Haven Builders began in 2010 as Rob the Builder in Springfield, IL. After many years in the new construction business, owner Robert started his own remodeling company specializing in Kitchens and Baths, and soon expanded to Patios and whole house Renovations. Upon visiting the Phoenix Valley in 2015, Robert and his family decided to make it their home. After relocation, Robert brought his wife Ana into the business as Business Administrator and Office Manager, and the company became West Haven Builders, recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Graduate Remodeler. They are licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractors and can handle projects large and small, Residential and Commercial. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, who has connections to The Valley and their hometown of Springfield, IL, West Haven Builders strives for beautiful designs for spaces that function as great as they look, creating your Haven out West, built by West Haven Builders.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Design/Build Process
Complete the form below, call, or email our office. We will schedule an appointment to view your space and discuss your ideas and design direction. We'll take initial measurements and detailed notes on your project, including your budget. Using your criteria, we'll design an elegant new space for you with drawings and a preliminary budget.
Once approved, we move into the material selection process, where we walk you through color and style choices and help you select the ones that fit your design and budget. Once your comprehensive material selection is complete, we will build your project schedule around you. We'll make accommodations for you during the project, minimizing dust and inconvenience, and always leaving the job-site clean at the end of each day.
Upon completion, you'll have a beautiful new space to enjoy for decades, a solid investment in your home or office, and a deep sense of satisfaction that your project was completed to professional standards.
